[meego-fi] Community meetings (IRC)

Hi,

After having some discussions with different members, I've made a decision
regarding our IRC community meetings:
1) Meetings will be once a month on every first Monday at 15:00 UTC.
2) Channel stays the same: #meego-meeting.
3) Agendas will be transferred to our portal instead of writing them to
wiki.meego.com.
4) If there is nothing to discuss (1 day before scheduled meeting), chair
will call the meeting off by sending an email to our mailing list.
5) Anyone can be the chair (This has been the case always)
6) Meetings will be added as events to portal.

The week day was selected with rand() and there is only one argument why it
was selected. That was the first week day when #meego-meeting channel was
free at evening time (

and improvements are welcome. Next community meeting is July 4th. Most
people might be having their holidays, but lets see.
