Hi All

If you happen to be in Adelaide at any stage here's the info on where to skate!

The St Clair Rec Centre is 109 Woodville Road, Woodville 8445 8344

I've also found Da Klinic Skate shop (www.daklinic.com) in Currie Street. They
have a workshop for beginner inliners so I'm going to see if I can jump in on
one of those too. Need to do some catching up while I'm away.

Hope this helps some of you,

Meegan Sullivan

Hi Meegan,

There is also skating on Friday evenings at Ingle Farm recreation centre and
Friday evenings and Saturday mornings at Gawler, Wednesdays in school holidays
and 2nd Sunday of the month at Noarlunga. All of these have websites with
session times.

Gawler Sport and Community Centre
Nixon Terrace
Gawler South Australia 5118
Phone: (08) 8522 920

Ingle Farm Recreation Centre
Corner Roopena St and Beovich Rd
Ingle Farm 5098
Tel: (08) 8263 0411
Public Transport - Route 209, Bus Stop 43 (Ingle Farm Shopping Centre)

Noarlunga Leisure Centre
David Witten Drive
Noarlunga Centre SA 5168
PH: (08) 8384 1144

My personal favourite place to skate is St. Clair. It isn't very big, but the
floor is reasonably good, there's a proper sound system, games etc. And now
that they have Friday night sessions too, it isn't as packed as it used to be.

I don't think that there is anywhere in or around Victor Harbour that has
indoor skating, but that would be a lovely place for an outdoor skate. Don't
forget the sunscreen. My roller derby team did an outdoor skate along a bike
path that runs from Port Elliot to Middleton, which is a short drive from
Victor Harbour. It was a hard slog though, a bit hilly, and being right next to
the sea, the wind was pretty strong. If you are keen, you can see the path on
google maps.

Hope this is all helpful,

Cheers,
Jen

  HI Jennifer

Ive found that I can skate at Blackwood Rec centre and the St Clair Rec
Centre also. Are there any other places?

  Thanks
