You will need the ip address of the printer and the ip address of the drive.

press command-k and click browse and see if the drive shows up.  if not, type 
the ip address into the edit field like this:
smb://ipaddress
click connect.  Let me know if this works or not.

Now, for the printer, go to system prefs>print and fax> ad printer.
choose hp jet socket direct and fill the ip address in in the next field and 
click ad.  Let me know if this doesn't work.
