It's not hard to pop the Mac Mini open. I had to do it to reconnect up the
sound cable which a tech forgot to do when he upgraded my new mac mini with
extra ram. Just find a sharp knife or similar tool.. They say to use a
putty knife but I just used a strong table dinner knife for the purpose and
it worked great. You have to have the base of the Mac Mini facing the sky
when doing this. Just wedge the knife between the plastic and the outer
casing. The rest is straight forward. Now I know how to pop the Mac Mini
open, I'll be doing my own hardware upgrades to the mini from now on.

Hank, what kind of CD is it? If it's a midid CD, you can get it out with a
buter knife. If it's a regular CD, take it to Apple.
