[macvoiceover] typing silent in edit boxes in address book

Hi, all,
When creating a card, sometimes the letters will speak as I type in an
edit box and sometimes the typing is silent. Anybody know the reason
for this, and how I can tweak it so that I hear the key echo in every
edit box? Thanks! Marcy
