[macvoiceover] two voice over questions

Hi all, two voice over questions, if you don't mind, though this first
one might be more of a mac.osx question, and that is, how do you
contiguously select with the mac, in other words, first, third, fifth,
and so on, and the second question is, when in a table of items, how do
you get to the bottom of the table, or the top for that matter, and
thanks in advance for any assistance with this.
