I had the same problem. Then, in frustration, I created a totally new Appstore
ID, which I can also use in the Itunes Store anyway, and set it up with Paypal
and now it works fine. I really like the App Store in that it downloads and
installs stuff and puts it right on the dock. However, I'd like a field
somewhere with a rating on how accessible an app is before I buy it. Maybe
I'll write to Apple an suggest apps be vetted for accessibility before posting.
