[macvoiceover] sound studio?

Hi. are there any tutorials out there for using sound studio? wondering how
to select and work with sections of sound like in between markers, how to play
a selection and how to select the whole sound. I have figured out that i can
rewind with the 1 key and fast forward with the 2 key. and the m key marks a
track.
