What do you mean fix? Its not broken. They made a conscious decision not to sell a Lion DVD. The only people I feel sorry for are people in countries that can't afford or otherwise don't have access to a broadband connection. Downloading a 3GB file over dial up is not reasonable by any stretch of the imagination.
