[macvoiceover] Re: removing sound devices on that are nolonger wanted

Do vokeys-m in audio hijack pro to go into menus. Arrow right to "audio Hijack 
Pro". Arrow down to "install Extras" and hit enter. Select the sound flower 
tab. Do vokeys-space on uninstall and follow prompts if any.
