It is vary straight forward. Choose the "simple modifications " tab and thenThen if you are using jaws in laptop mode make sure that the insert key is
map the from key caps lock to the insert key.

I am running Mojave along with Fusion VM and Windows.
I use the latest Karabiner utility to remap the caps lock key so that I
can use it for the windows screen reader insert.
In my case I use JAWS but you can use NVDA also.
