[macvoiceover] opcoming message ëntering in..."

Hi all,
I have some frustrations while reading a whole text with the command 2 fingers
down or up on the trackpad.
While voiceover is speaking, there comes a message like entering... Skype"or
another program.
If you know what I mean, is there a setting to stop this?
