[macvoiceover] one safari feature I left out of vo so I'll put all three of them here:

we have three new features with vo in safari of note because of their
subtlty.
1> mouse icons
2> clickable elements
and:
3> access key designations.
All of these are author designed and now vo can take advantage of them.
