If I need to look up information I use the help menu.
I have not used a manual, have not seen one.

I subscribed 2 weeks ago for the public beta from macos big sure. In the
beta, I couldn’t see the manual of big sur when I did vo+? but it was the
manual of catalina.
Now , the official release of macos big sure is released about 3 hours ago, I
rolled back my machine:
system prefferences > software update > details and there : restore defaults.
So, I have now mac os 11.01 outside of the beta program>
I did also a reboot, You never know, but I couldn’t still see the voiceover
manual of mac os big sur with vo+ ?
Any ideas?
