[macvoiceover] mail recovery on a vo-friendly way

Hi all,
Because of a wrong filter I have mad in mail, I lost all my mails in my inboxof 
my gmail account), not the mails of the folders on my gmail-account like 
voiceover.
Is there any vo-friendly way to get some of all me mails back?
I have a working timemachine-backup.
