Unfortunately gmail.com is so prevalent you can't block that with a rule.
Any prefix could be blocked but usually they do not repeat but I have used
rules to block content.

I am getting thousands of junk e-mails per day with gmail. I have checked
settings and I am unable to come up with anything.
