[macvoiceover] iphone question

Hello guys
I was looking forward to getting the iphone, because at university I
would need a new hpone, and mine is going mad after five years. Plus I
would like something to take with me for the purpose of writing notes.
The iphone, with it's features, would be a great thing, but I have got
some questions about it.
1. Does a bluetooth keyboard work with it to type? Touch typing may be
ok after some practice, but not for six hours of notetaking.
2. Since I have to read long texts with it, is it possible to read a
document line by line, paragraph by paragraph etc...like it is on the
mac? Or just char by char or word by word?
