[macvoiceover] Re: iCal Calendar information

I have found that it is a lot easier to put appointments and so on in the
calendar app on the iPhone.

There you will find buttons for alerts, which are the alarms telling you about
the upcoming event, and you get two alerts per event.

Once you put events in the calendar app, when you sync your phone in iTunes,
check the checkbox to sync all calendars, or to sync selected calendars, and
the events will be put into ical on the MAC.

Likewise, if you prefer to enter events in ical, and check those checkboxes,
the ical entries will be put into the calendar app on your phone, and you will
get the alerts you have set up in ical.

Sure hope this helps! Marcy
