Cindy,

First you have to have the lines selected as one of your rotor choices
for the vo rotor. Yo do that in the voice over settings. Then when
you're in IBooks, you should be able to do the rotor adjustment gesture
with two vingers clockwise or counter clokwise, like turning a knob,
and move amongst the various choices, including move by line. And then
you fk with one finger up and down to move in the book by the selected
setting, line, character word etc.
