I have the preview pain turned off, but I'll turn it back on and look. As far as HTML goes, there is a viewer I choose not to turn on by default, so when I read a message I only see text. At the end of the message you'll hear VO say inbedded which means the message boddy has HTML imbedded code. If you choose to view it you choose an option in the view menu called I think view HTML. Like I say, you can set this option to on by default but I don't for security reasons. With certain kinds of mail, perhaps HTML mail, there continues to be unnatural pauses in the way that the message is read by Voiceover. Are the same techniques used to read mail in the program being discussed? Thanks a lot for any observations.
