Well as I said I would be making changed to the eSpeak utility at http://www.cucat.org/projects/espeak/
and so I have:
Major improvements to the voice popup menu
slider to control speed
check box to select if you are reading xml/html/ssml documents and
don't want to hear all the code. This also lets you work with SSML
which is way cool and something I want say to do. More info on SSML is
here: http://espeak.sourceforge.net/ssml.html
