Hi all, I have tested the drag and drop procedures an, it works!!! :) However , I find it very complex for just moving a file(s) /folder(s). To make it more similar to the windows system: ctrl+x and ctrl+v, I am thinking about the following solution: One script with hotkey : option+x: contents of the script: vo+command f5: route mouse-cursor to vo-cursor vo+command+shift+spacebar: to lock the mouse button end of script Then move the vo-cursor to the target location new script with hotkey : option+v: vo+command+f5: to route the mouse-cursor to the vo-cursor vo+command+shift+spacebar: to unlock the mousebutton Last (optional) step here is to turn off mouse tracking. This is needed while working with a braille display and I don't know the shortcut for that. With this 2 scripts, you can do drag and drop with option+x and option+v , like in windows. Can someone help with writing this scripts? I don't know anyting about apple scripts. This should be usefull in alot applications and very userfriendly I think. Thanx alot, best regards, William Windels > > Click on the link below to go to our homepage. > http://www.icanworkthisthing.com > > Manage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below. > //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover > > Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to > macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > with 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Web > interface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover >
