[macvoiceover] deleting apps on iphone 3gs

Holding an icon down does nothing except announce the icon once and tell
me to double tap to run the icon's program. I remember part of how to
access the app switcher by hitting home twice quickly but what to do from
there to highlight an app and delete it I don't now remember. The phone
now has ios 5.0.1 on it if that's any help too.
