[macvoiceover] deleting and saving documents

Hello,
I have 3 questions. :)
1. What is the difference between pages and text edit and is one better than
the other in terms of accessibility?
2. What is the best way to delete documents from the documents folder?
(Everytime I exit pages and click do not save, the document still shows up)
and 3. is there a way to have all documents autimatically saved in .doc format?
