[macvoiceover] confusing about popups in Lion

Hello all,
The program YoruFukurou, a twitter client, is sometimes poping up, I suppose
when a new twitter message is coming up.
When this happens, it seems that YoruFukurou has focus but I don't think so.
I mean, When a popup of YoruFukurou comes up and I press command+q to close
YoruFukurou, I was closing the mail program, the program where I was before the
popup.
So, my conclusion: the popup system of Lion can be very difficult to handle for
us since we don't know always what has focus and how we can reach the
screen/message we want.
Any suggestions are very welcome,
