Hey Marco, Wasn't putting down JAWS at all. Occasionally I've had problems with JAWS and ITunes, and I recently got an email from Apple saying that there are known issues with JAWS and ITunes which FS is supposedly addressing. That's why I thought it might be a pain to set up the account using JAWS. But it turned out I was very wrong, it couldn't have been easier. I do know there are some who criticize JAWS, but I'm not among them. I've used it for nigh on 18 years now. Shouldn?t put down JAWS. It has been good to you for the most part over the last 12 years or more. It isn?t perfect, but it is the best screen reader on the market no matter what platform you are comparing it too. I would argue that it has less keystrokes then VO in order to navigate the screen and the start menus. Ugh! I just set up the account from my PC and it took less than five minutes! The only reason I tried to do it from my phone in the first place, was b/c I figured it?d be a pain doing it with JAWS. *exasperated sigh!* Well, I guess I should at least be glad there was a way to do it. Thanks, all, Donna
