Hi Hank, in snow leopard, just go to the application you wish, and
press command shift t, and that should add the program to the dock.
When on the dock, use the context menu, vo shift m, that is, while the
application in question is running, and down arrow to keep in dock.

hello how does one do this?
I can't get anything to add to the doc
I even tried placing the doc to boottom, write, and to the left and it
still won't add items to doc
