[macvoiceover] about voices in Snow leopard

Hello,
Does Snow leopard have voices for voiceOver in other languages like
iPhone OS 3.0?
I don't know if there is a spanish free voice for Snow leopard.
I've got infoVox ivox spanish voice but many blind users from Spain
would buy a Macintosh computer with a free voice in spanish.
