For well over a year now, we have been ordering from Walmart online for grocery
delivery. This month, it stopped accepting our mac devices and it won’t even
let me log in using my Windows machine. One customer service person says it
won’t work any longer with Safari and another customer service person said they
converted it, the website, to google chrome users only. Safari lets us put in
our email address, and when we drop to the password field, Safari goes into a
continuous busy, busy, busy, routine. My Windows machine lets me put in my
email login address, my password, and then when I hit the login button, nothing
happens. I have tried creating a new account with no luck. We have deleted
all history and cookies on all our devices and it still does the same thing.
Unless you can get passed customer service people to the I T people, you get no
help. The I T people tell you to delete all history and cookies and that seems
to be all they know to say. We can log on to absolutely every other website
normally but not walmart.com or direct to grocery.walmart.com So what’s your
best guess?
