Hi all,
I've been using the combination of VueScan and Read Iris to scan since
getting my first iMac in 2009. In June I bought a new iMac 2017, and this
fall I installed High Sierra. I cannot for the life of me get VueScan and
Read Iris to give me any readable scan results. I've tried to change all the
settings I can think of, but when Read Iris passes the results on to
TextEdit, it is just gibberish. I'm growing a bit weary of adjusting
different settings, and would like to know if anyone is using VueScan and
Read Iris successfully in High Sierra? If not, what are you all using for
scanning in High Sierra? I mostly use my scanner, a Cannon MG 6200, for
scanning my mail.
