[macvoiceover] Voiceover webpage navigation tips?

Hi all,
Recently I've started doing a lot of my day-to-day activities on the mac. This
wasn't possible before as I needed to use a lot of windows apps, and switching
between 2 computers just got really annoying. However, now i'm 'back to the
mac', i'm doing a lot of browsing in safari. Therefore, I was wondering, do any
of you have any tips for making web browsing and navigation easier and faster?
