[macvoiceover] Updating Skype

Hello Everyone,
For some reason, I am unable to upgrade Skype. I am running Mountain
Lion with the latest software update. I think there is a setting somewhere in
System Settings that I might need to change, but I don't remember how it works.
Real brain problem. Not enough caffeine today, I think.
