[macvoiceover] Tips for navigating through PDF files with Preview

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips for navigating through PDF
files with Preview and VO?
I am asking becauseI really haven't used Preview much, and because one of my
college text books is in a PDF file and it would be cool if I could be able to
easily navigate that huge PDF file just as easily or if not easier than I can
with Adobe Reader and JAWS 11 on my Windows machines.
