Well said.  And they should go straight to apple with their complaints.  I 
think many would be surprised about the things that don't get fixed just 
because the apple engineers just aren't aware a problem exists.  They get payed 
to fix these problems, and take there job seriously.  You should also try 
contacting the site or app developer.  Many are just not aware voiceover even 
exists.
