Telegram is quite bad... The iOS app isn't impossible to use, but scrolling and
many other things just don't work properly. If you need to message somebody you
will probably manage, but it's not a great experience. I haven't tried the web
interface, but I heard it's better than the desktop app which is completely
useless. On Mac OS I use Tweesecake to access Telegram. It's a strange app to
use and not very Mac-like, but once you get used to it it's really great. You
can get it from tweesecake.app.
