[macvoiceover] TV tuner for Mac

Hi
I was wondering if there is a TV tuner for the Mac? Does anyone use Apple
TV? Problem is with Apple TV, I don't have a High Def television.
Don't see the need since I can't see the screen and my friends don't seem to
care since they don't watch TV at my place.
