Interestingly, you can't configure it till you set the radio button for on 
because otherwise the configuration is grayed out.

   Is it actually turned on?…  In addition to configuring it, you'll
also need to make sure that it's started.

   I haven't used it in a while, but will go check it out in a bit.
If you haven't already figured it out.
