[macvoiceover] Saving documents in Text Edit

When saving a document in Text Edit, I don't have the same folder functions
available to me, no finder/browser type options, just a pop up menu with
documents, downloads etc., and the last few folder I opened a document from.
Is this standard with Text Edit, or do I once again have some obvious setting I
missed?
