I have had technicians externally control my machine and it was fine, I don't
know the particular software used but I had to agree to allow it to take
control and as soon as the session was closed the control reverted to me.
Interestingly with VO turned on I could hear everything that was going on. I
was also on the telephone at the same time.

Hi,

I'm developing an accessibility application for Mac/Windows and one of my
users is encountering problems when using it with hardware I don't have and
can't easily obtain. He tells me that I can use an application called Team
Viewer to remote on to his machine to do some trouble-shooting and adds that
he thinks other blind users have managed this with VoiceOver.

Does anybody have any experience with this, please? If so, how well did it
work, any things that needed work-arounds, etc.?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Best wishes.
