RECENTLY I SURVEYED 18 VISION LOSS RELATED WEBSITES AND FOUND THAT ONLY THE FOLLOWING HAVE SKIP LINKS: 

http://www.acb.org

http://www.afb.org/accessworld

http://www.disabilityinfo.gov

http://www.loc.gov/nls
UNFORTUNATELY NEITHER VO-TIGER OR VO-LEOPARD RECOGNIZE SKIP LINKS AND I WONDER... 

DOES JAWS AND WINDOW-EYES USE SKIP LINKS ?

WHY HASN'T APPLE FIXED THIS VO BUG ?

ARE THERE OTHER WEBSITES THAT HAVE SKIP LINKS ?
