Well, I imagine you can just remove the applications by sending them to trash and emptying the trash. but (1) I'd be very careful and in fact wouldn't recommend this in most cases because apps may be interrelated; (2) this probably won't remove .plist files in you Library/Preferences folders and other related files; and (3) I'm not sure I understand why you want to do this. I don't think you are going to save that much space if that's what you are trying to do.
