Hi All, I recently purchased an Hp 3 in 1. I did the installation and set up. I have the scanner set to go from Ocr to text edit. Iam not trying to use readiris pro yet, I am just trying to get the scanner to work. When I hit the schan button I am not even getting sound from the scanner. When I click on the scan utility in the Hp folder, I am gettin a scanner error telling me to choose a device that supports scan I need to know, how to get this thing to work right!! Is anyone using an Hp? If so, can I get some pointers to get me up and going? From what I can tell I think this is really going to work well once I get everything togeather. Over all, the installation was very accessible with Voicerover. I also need to know about what number to have the Resolution set on. It is currently on 300.
