Did you try a forced restart on the watch? I have had similar
problems and even had to have the hardware replaced! I would say if
the forced restart does not work,ask about a new piece of hardware.

I have had; my watch battery die a few times, or atleast I think this is
what is happening. When I put the watch on the charger it does not make a
sound. This is fine as I've been told that it still charges and makes the
chime sound later. However, in the morning when I put my watch on I am
getting absolutely nothing!!!. I go to the watch App on my phone and it
says that my pass code is locked!!. I have had sighted help in the past,
but not today. I called Apple Accessibility and the nice lady tried to
help. She says that she doesn't think anything is wrong with the watch but
to call back when I have sighted help!!. I immediately informed her that
Apple needs to do better!. I cannot turn the watch off because I have no
idea where to tap on the "power off button" Has anyone had a similar
problem and if so, did you find a solution? I am really frustrated about
now. I miss my "Minnie Mouse!."
