H. Whenever I use command-shift-d to get to the desktop, I cannot see the whole desktop --I have an alias to terminal on the desktop and all I see is that and it says there is only one row in the table. If I do VO-left, I see shared folder and then the vertical splitter. The only way I can see the whole desktop is to close any existing finder window and then I can select the hd volume or whatever. Am I doing something wrong -- this seems very strange to me, why am I getting this? Thanks. -- Your life is like a penny. You're going to lose it. The question is: How do you spend it?
