It did work for quite a while after I got it; then I didn't use it for a while, it needed ink, which was replaced; however, since then, it's refused to acknowledge that there's a whole lots of paper ready to go... The diagnostics I can run are from the computer to the printer, as while there are buttons on the printer itself, I don't have a seeing eye person around to read its LCD display.
