[macvoiceover] PDF readers with Voiceover

Hi:

I have been using Preview to read PDF documents, but I am having problems with 
the way that it configures the layout of the PDF files I am reading.  My bank 
has statements in PDF, but the way that Preview formats it for me to read with 
VO, isn't user friendly.  Further, I am reading a book for class, and it 
inserts the case review questions before the case is done.

Now, my questions, is there a way to get Preview to reformat a page for better 
viewing?  Is there another PDF document reader that is accessible to VO that I 
could try?
