Yes it does. And I'm getting the macbook, 2.4 ghz 2 gb of ram 160 hdd dvd/cdrw super drive model. Got it for much less than what it is to order it from Apple, since they include sales tax. Basically I saved... Let's see. Something like $120. Technically more than that as I get cash back with my card. lol.

If by warranty info, you are talking about apple care, you should get a separate package in the mail with your applecare certificate in it and a disk with tools for diagnostics.
