I sent a note to their support, we awaiting a response. I do occasionally have
stuff like this happen because my Apple I.D. sometimes thinks I’m still in
Canada.

shouldn't require even a mobile connection or a server to connect to. It's
working pretty well for me. Do let us know what you find out because it would
be distressing if it randomly stopped working for some business-related
