I really appologize to all for this off-topic post but I've tried posting to a
non-mac list and got no definitive answer. Please bear with me as you all know
i'm not in the habit of posting offtopic.
I got an rfb&d authorization key for my victor stream; that is, I got the
instruction cd and then had to generate my key online. I understand how to
install the key but the instructions say i'll have to enter my rfb&d pin number
(four-digit0 during installation. I have a rfb&d id and I have an online user
id, neither of which is four digits; I've never heard of an rfb&d pin; the
instructions state this as if i'm supposed to know what the pin is. I have an
email into Customer Service but of course they won't be in till Monday. Does
anybody know wha this pin is (is it a part of your rfb&d id or something
totally independent?) or should I have been sent a pin by mail or email? If
anybody knows the answer to this question definitely, you are welcome to post

I have a really bad feeling that they were supposed to give me a validation and
didn't; that's ok but I'll want them to fix it without making me pay for
another cd shipment.
