I have noticed this for a while, but I have just been putting up with it. For
some reason, I can no longer use “1”, “2” “3”, etc., to navigate heading types.
I am using the latest update to Mojave. I’ve noticed this problem since
Mojave. It’s possible that it occurred prior to that, but I don’t believe this
is the case.
A good example of this is BARD, the NLS database of books available. I
can no longer use the “4” key to navigate by book titles, etc. Am I missing
something? Could I have changed some settings, inadvertently?
